This rental was fabulous and had both.
It exceeded expectations! We stayed for a month. Often, my wife would blurt out, “I love everything about this home!”
It was spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds, excellent lighting, large bathrooms for each bedroom with wonderful big showers, large TVs in each bedroom and the living room, all equipped with Direct TV, with a spacious balcony overlooking a golf course and with a perfect hot tub and pool just across the street within quiet and carefully-maintained grounds.
WOW! The host, Frank, is the best host we’ve ever dealt with. He was always available and responded quickly whenever we reached out to him.
5 months before move-in, Frank e-mailed massive batch of helpful info about the house, neighborhood, what to do on a rainy day, and Disney information!"
